Interestingly, green seems to have incredible endurance in the market, too. While trends tend to change from year-to-year, green may be exceptional in that it seems to have staying power beyond the one-year mark. Brands tend to revolve around, and often land, on greens more often than other colours.
A 2026 U.S. Houzz study of 1,780 homeowners found green was the most common non-neutral cabinet colour at 6%. Among homeowners choosing contrasting lower cabinets, 14% picked green.
